Drink the District, LLC Ticket Purchase Policy 2016
Our goal at Drink the District, LLC is to make your purchasing simple, fast and fair.
The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process for events produced by Drink the District, LLC (“Event”). The Event will offer participants the opportunity to enjoy food and beverages provided by Event and several of DC’s favorite food trucks. By purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. Each ticket that you purchase is a revocable license and is subject to these terms.
The tickets are NONREFUNDABLE unless the Event is cancelled in it its entirety. You bear all risks of inclement weather. Drink the District, LLC reserves the right to postpone the Event when there is inclement weather that threatens the safety of our patrons. In the event of a postponement, we do not offer refunds. In the event the Event is cancelled in its entirety, you will receive an automatic refund for the purchase price of the tickets purchased online. If you purchased your tickets at a retail location or via another method refunds must be requested, please return them to the same location for a refund. Delivery and retail pickup fees will not be refunded. Notice of any cancellations will be posted on the Event website. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Unused tickets will not refunded.
The date and time of the Event are subject to change. Additionally, the food trucks participating and providing food for Event is subject to change. Please check the Event website for any changes.
Tickets may be sold at the event, online, or through authorized third party vendors. Any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances.
We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. The Event website accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All ticket prices for Event are stated in U.S. Dollars.
Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), use or attempted use of counterfeit tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation of tickets without compensation. In addition, the Drink the District, LLC reserves the right to restrict or deny ticket purchasing privileges to anyone that the Drink the District, LLC determines in its sole discretion to be in violation of this policy.
Drink the District, LLC reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, from the Event, any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event and publicly accepted rules of conduct.
BY PURCHASING A TICKET FOR THE EVENT, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURRING BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT, AND YOU WAIVE ANY CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH AGAINST DRINK THE DISTRICT, LLC, AND ITS MANAGEMENT, SPONSORS, PARTICIPANTS, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, FAMILIES, AFFILIATED ENTITIES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, AND EMPLOYEES ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND ANY ACCOMPANYING MINOR. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL FOOD PROVIDED AT EVENT WILL BE PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY FOOD TRUCKS AND NOT DRINK THE DISTRICT, LLC, AND THAT DRINK THE DISTRICT, LLC WILL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FOOD PROVIDED. ADDITIONALLY YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY CLAIM TO DRINK THE DISTRICT, LLC’S USE OF YOUR IMAGE, NAME, OR LIKENESS AS RECORDED DURING YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHOTOGRAPH, DIGITAL IMAGE, DRAWING, RENDERING, VOICE, SOUNDS, VIDEO RECORDING, AUDIO CLIPS, LIKENESSES, AND ANY ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN DESCRIPTIONS.
