Something came up, am I able to get a refund on my tickets?

According to our terms & conditions, we cannot process any refunds. The tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled in it its entirety. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You are, however, able to transfer your ticket to a future event.

How do I transfer my tickets to another person?

You can simply transfer your order to them. Here are some steps below to help: 1. Sign in to your account on Eventbrite. 2. Under "Order" select the event. 3. On the right side your should see a label "Actions" with a drop down option of "Edit Attendee Info" 4. Enter the updated name and email address for order. 5. The tickets will be transferred via email to the new account.

What kind of food will be available at the event/s?

At all Drink The District events, food will be available from a selection of artisans and vendors.

Are we required to wear masks at the venue?

Per current DC Government mandate all guests will be required to wear masks indoors, except while eating or drinking.

What about smoking? Can I light up a cigar or cigarette?

Drink The District events are always SMOKE & VAPE FREE...And this goes without saying -- no illegal substances.

ZERO TOLERANCE for drug use/posession.

The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and staff will be enforcing all drug-related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the venue, as violators will be removed and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Our staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.

Are there age or ID requirements to enter the event? Can children accompany a parent?

All attendees must be over 21 to attend. Children will not be permitted in the event. You need to provide a government-issued photo ID card verifying your age to receive admittance into the event.

What are my transport/parking options for the event?

3400 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC The entrance is on Georgia Avenue between Park Rd and Morton Street. Hook Hall is in the Park View neighborhood just north of U Street, with convenient access to multiple means of public transportation. Please consider using public transit or rideshare when visiting us! There is limited street parking in the neighborhood. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You will need to either bring your printed ticket or you will need to pull up your ticket on your phone.

What is your entry/exit policy?

Drink the District events have a no re-entry policy. Please make sure to bring everything you need with you into the event.

Are dogs or other pets allowed?

Dogs are not permitted into Drink the District events. Service animals are always welcome.
